Above & Beyond Update
It all begins with an idea.
As you may recall, we reset our Above & Beyond goal to $675,000 in the spring. To date, we have raised $706,605!
Because of your offerings, we have completed many necessary projects and capital expenditures around our campus, including:
1. A new boom lift.
2. A lighting upgrade in The Rink auditorium.
3. Multicolor exterior lights on the main building.
4. Updated virtual server hosts.
5. A new Wi-Fi system.
6. New TVs for the 4C walls in the foyer.
7. A new AC unit for the main foyer.
8. Many renovations and upgrades in the LIFE Center, including new chairs, pipe and drape, video equipment, and lighting. These improvements to the LIFE Center will not only allow us to increase the seating capacity, but also allow the room to be used for more events and rentals as a multi-purpose space.
Perhaps the most exciting Above and Beyond blessing is the launch of Mercy Road, Northland’s brand new, non-profit community development organization that exists to fulfill the role of the Good Samaritan in the Bible. Its aim is to lend a helping hand to those of the community who are in need, ensuring that no one is left behind. Last Thursday, we welcomed the church family and the entire community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony of this multiple-ministry effort. We can’t wait to see where God takes us as we work to show the power and compassion of King Jesus.
